Technological advancements have made it possible for Estate Agents small or large to utilise the latest internet technology at an affordable price. Today it is possible for Estate agents to use state of the art powerful websites with a much lower investment than it did a few years ago. Changes in customer behavior patterns have further made it essential for estate agents to invest in online marketing in order to remain in business. Nearly 80% of home buyers now begin their property search on the internet. 4 out of 5 such users use search engines such as Google to begin their search.
